Bonjour Mama
Our Pre-natal massage focuses on the mother-to-be. Supporting the physiologic, structural and emotional well-being of both mother and baby. Relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy.
(Must be 12+ weeks and not considered a high-risk pregnancy).
Rivière de la Roche
Inspired by the south of France, indulge in heated river stones gliding over the body used to penetrate deep heat and
alleviate tension.
*Also available as a foot
massage enhancement.
Hydrotherapy
Melt away tension with steam towels or moist heat packs. Ideal for deep relaxation.
Cryo Treatment
Cool down with an ice massage using colorless bio freeze. Highly recommended for those suffering with acute or chronic injuries and inflammation.
Sports Treatment
Perfect addition for athletes and the physically ambitious, as we focus on tension areas using colorless bio freeze pain gel
with body stretching and moist heat packs.
Aromatherapy
Designed to enhance the senses, using your favorite essential oil (organic French lavender, sweet orange, eucalyptus or peppermint).
Organic
Lavender Paraffin
Leaves skin soft and relaxed, using a heated, organic paraffin to reduce joint pain and stiffness from injuries and inflammation.

Reflexology Treatment
The art of focusing on specific pressure points on the feet and lower extremities complemented with steam towels.
Cold Stone Face Massage
Perfect for those suffering from eye puffiness, dark circles, allergies and headache tension, we gently massage cold stones on the face with steam towel.
Peppermint Scalp Treatment
Gain a peace of mind, as we work to reduce head tension using organic peppermint oil
to cool the scalp followed by steam towels.
