VEGAN BREAKFAST

We pride ourselves in our vegan breakfasts. You will have the option to have a 100% vegan breakfast every morning. From scrambled tofu to Açai bowls, we offer balanced nutritious hot and cold dishes made with organic local produce and with gluten-free options available. Worth getting our of bed for!

VEGAN DINNER

Andrea’s cuisine is sourced from local and organic produce. her dishes are inspired from her travels through Australia, Asia, America and North Africa and of course from the Catalan region. The menu changes according to the season.

​Vegan meals are served as part of all Vegan Break offers or longer stays (4 nights or more).

Cooking Classes

Come and learn how to veganise some family favourite dishes in this informal three hour class with our very own chef Andi.

This class will help you master the foundations of plant based cuisine and together we will prep and cook winning dishes using seasonal, local produce. You’ll go home with the recipes and a vegan ‘must haves’ pantry list

Price per person €50 (includes lunch or dinner and all ingredients). 10% discount for guests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation of rooms is subject to the payment of a deposit representing at least one night. The payment of the balance is then payable on your arrival.

Article 1 – Objective

This contract is intended for the exclusive use of Bed and Breakfast bookings. The owner undertakes to personally welcome the guests and to impart his or her knowledge of the region to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

Article 2 – Duration of Stay

The guests agree to occupy the dedicated room for a fixed term and will under no circumstances be able to invoke any right to remain in the premises beyond the agreed date.

Article 3 – Booking and end of Contract

Bookings become effective upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount quoted with a minimum of one night per room by the date stipulated by Studio Vert. Special offers require full payment before the date stipulated. Prices are inclusive of all charges.

Article 4 – Cancellations by guests

Cancellations must be emailed to studiovert66@gmail.com

a) Cancellation must be emailed at least 24 hours before the arrival date to benefit from a full refund.

b) If the guest cancels less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date, the first night will not be refunded.

c) If the guest decides to leave before the agreed departure date, all nights 24hours after the cancellation date not spent in the accommodation will be refunded.

Article 5 – Owner Cancellation

the owner must advise the guests by email of any cancellation before the arrival date. All amounts already paid will then be immediately refunded to the client .

Article 6 – Arrival

Guests must arrive between 15h et 20h. Guests must let the owners know of any late or postponed arrival as soon as possible.

Article 7 – Breakfasts

Breakfast is served between 8h30 and 10h30am.

Article 8 – Payment of Balance

The balance or any outstanding amount due is to be paid on arrival.

Article 9 – Taxe de séjour

The “taxe de séjour” is a local tax payble by the guests which must be paid to the owner who remits the tax to the “Tresor Public” (public Treasury).

Article 10 – Usage of the property

Guests must ensure respect the calm of the property and the house rules. Guest must leave the rooms in good conditions and report any damages or breakages which they may be responsible for.

The property is a no-smoking space inside and outside within the boundaries of the property.

Article 11 – Capacity

The contract between the hosts and the guests is for a specific number of guests. If the number of guests is greater than the specified number the hosts may refuse any the additional guests.

​This refusal may not in any circumstances be considered as an amendment or modification or breach of contract by the owner. Accordingly, in the event of the departure of a number of guests greater than the number refused, no refund will be considered or issued.

Article 12 – Animals

Animals are accepted upon request at the time of booking and at the discretion of the owners .
