We offer a Large double/Family En suite, Small Double, & Double / Family room.
All rooms have Freeview TV, CD-radio, alarm clock, towels, hairdryer, tea / coffee-making facilities,
& complimentary organic cruelty-free toiletries, flowers, holiday postcards to write travel tales of adventure & delicious vegan room treats on arrival.
There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the b&b.
Ample free off-road parking.
We offer a muddy boot & waterproof drying room & secure cycle storage.

Arriving by car

Just off the A698 from Berwick.
About 1 mile inland from the roundabout, turn right downhill opposite lodge house with stone eagles (Eagle Lodge), then left uphill to Mount Pleasant Cottage on the hill crest. Loaf b&b parking bay is to your left and is signposted.
Please note: Sat navs will usually take you to Eagle Lodge. Please then follow the directions above to get to Loaf.

Arriving by public transport

Perryman’s Bus Service no 67 from Berwick Station or the centre of town, Golden Square (see link for timetable).

Where it offers ‘Horncliffe, Road End’ option on the timetable ask for ‘Loaf b&b, Mount Pleasant’ & bus stops/you can catch it outside our door.

Where it offers ‘Norham, Green’ option on the timetable, ask for ‘Eagle Lodge, before Longridge’ & it stops/you can catch it at the top of our lane.
You then walk 5 mins downhill opposite the lodge house with the stone eagles, following the signs pointing to ‘Horncliffe & holiday cottages’, then take 1st left uphill, following the sign to ‘Horncliffe’, to Mount Pleasant Cottage, first left on the hill crest.
Loaf b&b entrance/parking bay is to your left & is signposted.

Room Prices at Loaf b&b 2017/18 Thank you for your interest in Loaf b&b. We are open all year round apart from 23rd – 30th December, when we close for a Christmas holiday. We re-open on 31st December. Please note:- Minimum booking of 2 nights stay weekends (Fri – Sun) & Bank Holidays (inc Scotland) throughout the year plus weekdays from April – end October Our Room Prices, inclusive of Organic & Fairtrade vegan breakfast & use of spacious guests’ lounge with log fire, books, maps, tv/dvd & games, library & garden, are as follows:-
Large Double with en-suite bathroom.

Per night 2 sharing, with separate beds (an extra single bed added to room).		£140
Per night 3 sharing with extra single bed added to room.		£180

*Please note: The Small Double & Double/Family rooms that follow are not en-suite & share the separate, family bathroom on the next floor. We appreciate this is inconvenient, so offer these rooms at a reduced price, & provide bathrobes for your comfort.
