Start your day with a chorus of 26 resident roosters. Wake up slow with gentle morning yoga and meditation. Enjoy a delicious, plant-based breakfast. Go for a stroll in the woods in the company of a dog, a goat or a donkey. Perhaps experience a reiki session or some horse therapy or maybe just retreat to the library and curl up with a cuppa tea and a good book.
