Our clothing is Certified Vegan, which means that you know you’re being an ethical and conscious shopper when you buy our products. Not only are our products and packaging vegan, but so is most of our team. We stand for animal liberation. And we help you do it too.
Sustainable Packaging
Our values go beyond just our product. Our packaging is 100% eco-friendly. It is reusable, recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. We use pizza boxes made from recycled paper waste for small orders and zipped cotton bags for larger orders – whether it’s within India or even internationally – so there’s absolutely no plastic no matter where you are!
Plastic-free protection!
We use home compostable and biodegradable vegetable starch bags – as it not only protects your Hoomanwear, but also protects the planet! These protective bags we use are Made In India!
Cool Fact: It completely dissolves in a couple minutes if you stir it in hot water!
Eco Passport certified inks!
Eco Passport is a new testing and certification to demonstrate that our inks can be used in safe and sustainable textile production. Our Inks are also Oeko-Tex ® Standard 100 certified for human ecological requirements of Class 1 products. Oeko-Tex ® = International Association for Research and Testing in the field of Textile Ecology.
Made only on-demand.
We don’t like waste. We custom-print every piece only when we receive an order. We do not maintain any inventory or stock and create only what is needed.
It keeps us lean, clean and green. It’s also how we can easily offer you so many vibe variations!
Plant-based fabrics.
Less than 5% synthetic fibers (already 0% in many of our products) – because polyester-based fabrics, when washed, release micro-plastic fibers into water streams which are disastrous for marine life and water bodies. Hence, we use high-quality cotton fabric in all our clothing.
The garments are bio-washed, wrinkle-free, soft and smooth! We are also working towards introducing more sustainable plant-based fabrics.
