LINDLEY LINDENBERG operates as far as possible in an environmentally friendly, low-waste manner. All products such as soaps and toilet paper, are produced regionally and fairly and our restaurant is entirely plant-based (free of animal products). All of our hotels are GreenSign certified and meet
strict sustainability criteria.

WE GROW WHAT WE CHOW.

LINDLEY’s cuisine is healthy, good and high quality: vegetables and herbs grow biodynamically on LINDENBERG’s own nearby BRAUMANNSWIESEN, our permaculture project in the Taunus Mountains. LINDENBERG is purely plant-based.

LINDLEY offers two fully equipped communal kitchens, where guests can have their own culinary expedition and cook or celebrate.

LEUCHTENDROTER Restaurant, Bakery & Alcohol on the ground floor serves a vegan breakfast as well as vegan, international hearty dinner with umami factor plantbased neo-veggie cuisine. Reservations are highly recommended.
