The concept behind DREAMERS by DW is simple. We are here to provide you a place to stay that is clean, inspiring, and relaxing. When we think minimal, it means both minimal design and minimal paper, minimal stress and minimal plastic. DREAMERS by DW offers all the amenities of a boutique hotel with all the independence and quiet of a home rental. All guests staying at DREAMERS by DW have access to a bounty of experiences from a vegan breakfast to yoga on the front porch.

From our rooms and suites, to our porches and dining room all spaces have been cultivated with a focus on design, green space, and custom artworks from all over the world. All dried floral arrangements and woven wall hangings have been created specifically for the inn. Plants are tucked into every corner of the house. Vintage and modern lighting is featured throughout. Custom-made essential oils and soaps are provided in every room. DREAMERS by DW is a place to rejuvenate not just the body but the senses.

This dreamy second-floor suite has everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed. The Dreamer’s private garden entrance opens into a sun-flooded living room complete with kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed, and hanging chair. A separate bedroom features plastered walls, hardwood floors, a custom-designed King-sized bed and additional garden views. The en-suite bathroom includes a clawfoot tub, designer double sink, and rain shower.

ROMANTIC

From the original hand-carved fireplace to the ten-foot-tall ceilings and velvet queen-size bed, every corner of The Romantic will have you feeling, well, romantic. Oversized bay windows look out into the garden. And an enormous en-suite bathroom features Versace wallpaper, a rain shower, and a glass bar cart just within arm’s reach of the claw foot tub (for those who prefer extra bubbles with their bubble bath).

Sunny and soothing, The Traveler’s large windows deliver unobstructed views across the garden towards historical downtown Wilmington. VISIONARY

Yves Klein Blue from the ceiling to the floor, The Visionary also features a shell-shaped velvet sofa, queen-sized cane bed, floral wallpaper and marble/rose-gold side tables. Unobstructed third-floor views gaze towards downtown. And the large bathroom’s wet room is the perfect spot for a soak.

Top-to-bottom plywood, gabled ceilings, and exposed brick give this cozy third-floor walkup a fun cabin treehouse vibe.
