More than anything, we use natural ingredients because we like them better. They’re more difficult to work with, more expensive and less stable, but they’re the essences that help us experience life in the present, in the way only nature can. It’s an investment of money, time and love that pays dividends.

We can’t always enjoy the benefits of physically being in nature as much as we we’d like, but natural aromas can take us there. We can experience the beauty and healing power of nature via our most undervalued sense.

Zero-waste

Your bottle will arrive secured with a reusable and recyclable aluminium cap. If it’s your first purchase be sure to opt to have an atomiser included.

​Our atomiser is made from aluminium and while it does have plastic in it’s construction (containing no BPA’s), it can be reused over and over rather than having to be thrown away as is normally the case.

Next time you purchase, you can save yourself a few pennies and opt for just the bottle minus the atomiser pump.

​All our bottles are also reusable. We make them as beautiful as possible so they’re more easily reused.

​Turn yours into a little flower vase, oil diffuser, storage bottle or anything else you can think of. If you really want to throw them out, they’re just glass and aluminium so you can pop them in the recycling.

It breaks our hearts to see how many tiny plastic single-use sample atomisers most companies churn out. That’s why we provide our 2.5ml samples in a reusable and recyclable glass vial secured with an aluminium cap.

​You can use them to dip in a smelling strip that we provide, or go right ahead and splash some on your skin. Our way might not be quite so perfectly convenient as a little single-use plastic atomiser, but frankly, we don’t give a damn. Those little sample atomisers can sometimes be reused (not recycled mind), but we know most of the time they go straight in the bin. Let’s not do that.

Our postage boxes are all reusable, compostable, biodegradable or recyclable.

Meet the Founders

Our plan from the start has always been to showcase the power and beauty of natural fragrances, but to do it all in our own style, while incorporating a few simple values that are important to us.

​We’ve been lucky enough to work with some of our favourite creators and artists, we’ve fixed all the bits about perfumery we didn’t like, and in the process we’ve created something we absolutely love.
