I understand that selecting the right school for your child is an extremely important decision. I am delighted that you are considering MUSE! The MUSE Admissions Team and I will serve as a resource for you as you evaluate whether MUSE is the perfect fit for your family.

Families are drawn to MUSE for several key reasons. We have small class sizes that are limited to 16 students in our Early Childhood and Early Kindergarten classes, 18 students in Kindergarten-6th Grade, and 20 students in 7th-12th Grade. These small class sizes help foster wonderful interaction between students and teachers. Parents looking for a place where their children can grow and be challenged rather than getting lost in the crowd will find that at MUSE.
The atmosphere at MUSE is based on or revolves around our 5 Pillars: Academics, Passion-Based Learning, Sustainability, Communication and Self Efficacy. All students participate in classroom life and are challenged to grow both intellectually and sustainably. Every day, students engage in core subjects and are encouraged to incorporate their passions into their academics for a unique learning opportunity. MUSE students are equipped with the tools they require for a lifetime of learning and living.

The annual deadline for admission applications is December 14th. However, we accept applications after that date for those grades that have openings for new students.

I look forward to working with you and your family during the Admissions process.

MUSE School’s Kitchen is now the Greenest Restaurant in the World, a 4 Star Certified Green Restaurant® with over 550 GreenPointsTM!
MUSE has implemented two extraordinary steps that bring a restaurant’s environmental impact dramatically down. The first is solar. MUSE’s electricity is 100% solar. The lights, AC, electric cooking equipment, refrigerators, and freezers are all powered by the sun.
The second extraordinary change that MUSE implemented was changing its menu to be low on the food chain, plant-based. That means no cheese, eggs, chicken, beef, or fish. Over an 18-month period, MUSE gradually replaced animal-based menu items with plant-based items while educating its community about the environmental benefits of a plant-based diet. This gradual change gave them the opportunity to do it well.
“MUSE School’s Kitchen has just pushed the edge of sustainability even further from vision to reality,” said Michael Oshman, CEO and Founder of the Green Restaurant Association. “I applaud MUSE’s leadership in providing a successful foodservice operation that is in concert with the oft-used word `Sustainability.’”
