Jo-Anne Godden – Founder and Designer
Lingerie and swimwear specialist, mother and activist. After 25 years working in the unsustainable Fashion Industry, Jo decided to be part of the solution.
RubyMoon combines the industry’s substantial potential to positively impact the social and environmental state of our planet, with the knowledge that women and innovation are key to a better future. Jo is committed to activate women’s potential and elevate their status in communities where they often don’t have a voice. Investing in microfinance enables females to drive development and progress.
Active moves: loves to swim and the beach is her favourite place.
Martina Ankenbrand – Ecommerce Manager
Experienced marketer in diverse online activities across the UK, German and US market. Has a background in strategic marketing with a focus in sustainable fashion.
Martina is passionate about technology, sustainability and social entrepreneurship and believes in the powerful combination of all three.

Sara Rodrigues Pereira – Creative Consultant
Product and fashion designer, has worked with European and US brands within corporate and entrepreneurial fields. Sara thrives while co-creating impactful services and products, developing meaningful and inspiring content, overseeing brand, marketing and events across the different business activities.
One of her strong convictions is that we can change the world through what we wear.

Mi Elfverson – Photographer and Videographer
A video producer and commercial photographer who started in the film and television industry 25 years ago. She has been working with recognised advertising agencies and directors around the world.
Mi is the founder of The Vlog Academy, which offers training and implements strategy for video blogging.

Sarah Arnett – Decorative Artist and Print Designer
After graduating from the University of Brighton with a degree in woven textiles, she moved to India for an adventure that and immersed Sarah in the indulgence of colour and pattern, feeding her passion for a taste of the exotic.
On returning to she moved seamlessly into the luxury fashion trade. The results have resulted in collections and designs for high-end stores worldwide.

Sara Osterholzer – Board Director
A strategic thinker and results oriented, passionate about business for good and how social and environmental issues can be tackled by enterprises.
She works with organisations to develop support offerings, deliver training and coaching entrepreneurs embarking on the startup journey.
