I offer a full 30-minute consultation so you can decide if I might be a who you’re looking for. If it’s not me, absolutely no hard feelings! It’s important to me that you have a right-fit therapist and I’m happy to provide referrals of people who I think could help.
We’ll meet regularly to focus on ways to help unburden and empower you. We’ll explore practical tools you can use both in and out of session, as well as heal the root issues that are standing between you and meaningful change.

While I use a wide range of therapeutic modalities, depending on what is most helpful to each individual, many have found Brainspotting and EMDR to be found extremely helpful and are often requested by clients.
