Vegan Therapist in Manchester

A warm welcome

I offer individually tailored Counselling, Coaching and Hypnotherapy services from my comfortable private practice in Central Manchester location , and across the UK via Online or Telephone sessions.

You have likely found me because your quality of life is being impacted by an experience or prolonged negative feelings. You might already know the root of the issue, or perhaps you need support to make sense of things. Either way, you have taken an important step towards feeling better. I can assist if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, unsatisfied, anxious or depressed; if you are feeling lost and need some direction, or if you simply want a better life and better relationships.

Philosophy

Every person is unique – this includes our experiences and our needs. I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy, I view the therapeutic process as an art. As an Integrative therapist, I tailor evidence-based theories, approaches and techniques in collaboration with you, at your pace, to provide the best opportunity for growth and healing. Our work together will be informed by the issues you are facing, your needs and personality. We will discuss this at the start of therapy and review throughout the journey as needed.
I look forward to speaking with you. Karen.
