Uncompromising luxury
Allkind launched in 2020 with a clear ethos to offer beautiful and desirable, non-animal origin vegan footwear. Our core focus is around ethical and sustainable production. Our products are designed in Britain and lovingly & ethically handmade in Spain. All our products are 100% vegan.
We are passionate about sustainability and using eco-materials and we have worked closely with experts to produce designer shoes whilst sourcing the finest materials. All our materials are great alternatives to traditional, and in our opinion, outdated leather. These include Microfiber, PU, PL, Cotton, Natural or Recycled Rubber and upcycled materials.
We prioritise recycled and recyclable options wherever we can. The beautiful soles on our shoes are made from 100% recycled material as are our shoeboxes and even our business cards are made from recycled t-shirts. Our goal is to produce everyday must have classic designs without any compromise. This in itself makes a contribution to the overall reduction in the usage of animal products and the associated environmental impact.
We strive to always be mindful and use business to inspire and implement solutions to the environmental crisis. We accept that singularly we cannot be the change, but we can very much be a part of the change. Every mindful small step counts to towards the bigger goal!
We are committed to be a carbon negative business from day one, partnering with Ecologi on rainforest protection, renewable energy and major tree planting programmes. In addition, we will be donating 5% of our profit to causes we believe in, in particular the animal charity PETA and The Rainforest Trust.

Allkind launched in 2020 with an aim to bridge a gap in the market for luxury, no compromise, Vegan footwear. We make superb designer shoes, free from harm to animals and kinder to the environment. Our collection is timeless and sustainable, unlike fast changing, seasonal throw away fashion trends.
Vegan shoes are made without the use of animal by-products or materials such as leather, suede, wool, shearling, silk or fur. Vegan shoes are made from a variety of synthetic fabrics. The environmental case for vegan leather is similar to eco-arguments for vegetarianism. Raising animals involves clearing trees for pastures, as well as energy-intensive feeding and the use of antibiotics that find their way into the food chain. Animal hides must be chemically treated, or tanned, to prevent them deteriorating, after all they are from a dead animal.
This is a highly chemicalised process and these chemicals can leach into soil and water in high enough levels to be carcinogenic. Leather tanneries are ranked among the top 10 toxic- pollution problems worldwide and cause great concern from environmental groups and the United Nations, especially in developing countries.
While not all vegan materials are entirely eco-friendly themselves, they are a lesser evil and far less problematic then leather. No animals are harmed in synthetic material production, so we see our products as a far kinder solution. We monitor our environmental impact in every step of the design and manufacturing process to ensure we are being as eco-friendly as possible.
Our shoes are designed with everyone in mind. Each style is crafted to be super stylish, comfortable, long lasting and highly desirable. The fact are shoes are eco-friendly, sustainable and free from harm to any animal is a huge bonus. You can be proud to wear our shoes whether you are vegan, vegetarian, concerned with sustainability or environmental factors, an animal lover or just because you love them.
Yes! We are a dedicated Vegan brand. We only ever use and will only ever use vegan materials – from the uppers and linings of our shoes down to the glues. Our whole product can be classed as 100% vegan not just the materials. Animal free and high quality, visually pleasing shoes are our upmost priorities.
A selection of our synthetic vegan leather and suede materials are made from 100% recycled polyester from plastic bottles and/or bio-oils from non-GMO corn crops (bio-oil based). They are water based and solvent free, minimising their environmental impact. We use these as well as recycled rubber, cottons and nylons wherever possible, but never at the expense of quality, hence why not every single material we use boasts all these eco credentials.
The leather production industry is one of the most polluting in the world, so we believe we are still miles ahead in the eco-friendly race. The synthetic materials industry is rapidly improving, and we believe we can achieve our 100% eco-friendly status across the range by 2022.
All our shoes are designed in Britain and lovingly and ethically handmade in Spain. We are 100% sweatshop free. Our products are made in a fair-trade environment and governed by European union employment and health and safety regulations. We very carefully select our supply partners and we only work with a small number of like-minded factories and individuals. We aim to build long term and beneficial relationships as we grow.
The highly skilled individuals who work in our partner factory are treated well and are paid a fair living wage. They are treated with respect and enjoy a safe and clean working environment. Allkind is a member of Sedex, one of the world’s leading ethical trade service providers whose aim is to improve working conditions in global supply chains. They help companies improve their responsible and sustainable business practices.
