2nd Street Hooligans Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit farm-animal sanctuary in Norco, California, dedicated to saving and protecting animals who have been abandoned, mistreated, or displaced. The sanctuary provides lifelong, compassionate care to rescued pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, and other farm animals while promoting a cruelty-free, vegan lifestyle. Founded in 2016 by Nick and Rachael O’Neill, the organization focuses on education, advocacy, and community outreach to raise awareness about animal agriculture and the importance of choosing humane, plant-based living. Visitors and volunteers are invited to meet the animals, hear their rescue stories, and learn how individual choices can reduce suffering and support ethical, sustainable food systems.
