The single person or couple will privately have a bedroom, bathroom, and office (smaller bedroom with closet). They will also have a garage parking spot and plenty of stress-free, street parking. There is a 4th bedroom that I hope we can use as a secondary living space or for guests if any of us have family/friends staying the night or a weekend, as well as a third, full bathroom for guests. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms total.
Additional house features include solar panels, ducted air conditioning, 5 burner gas stove and gas port (for heating), alarm system, brand new dishwasher, and it’s seriously well insulated.
Your personal spaces will be unfurnished, and the main living areas are subject to change so if you have large items you’d like to bring in, we may discuss. For example, the couch and tv set pictured are no longer in the house and I will be replacing (unless you’d like to bring in furniture you currently have).
We are a short drive to Rouse Hill Shopping Centre and access to metro and train lines. The street is very quiet and our neighbours have always been pleasant.
The property is a fairly new estate with paddocks around it, so some of my neighbours are cows and horses – perfect for anyone else who appreciates comfort with a view.
The only other person living here will be me. I have a compost cylinder out back and would love a green-thumb in the house to help me put it to use.
I am most comfortable in a quiet living space, so it won’t suit if you like to have frequent parties. But I do welcome visitors to our home – hence the 4th room being a spare living/bedroom for us to share. The house would be ideal for a single person or couple who has family/friends living a long-distance away, because guests have their own private bedroom and bathroom when they stay (4th bedroom shared).
