Welcome to our SoL

We are a vegan 501c3 farmed animal sanctuary where we rescue and provide life-long sanctuary to typically farmed animals in need. It is our mission to educate, help make connections, and inspire non-violence, peace, and reverence for all life.

We look forward to sharing our Space of Love with you!

Visit Us

We are currently scheduling small group, private, guided tours for you and your family group of no more than six people.

There will be a shoe/boot cleaning station on your way in to protect the animals. Social distancing is practiced. At this time, mask wearing will be determined by your comfort level.

During a private tour, you will get to know the residents through their stories, as well as learn about the animal agriculture industry and veganism, and have the opportunity to ask questions and talk with us.

SoL is a smoke free and weapon free property.

No pets are allowed. As much as we love your companions, it is uncomfortable for our residents to have new animals in their space.

Please wear closed toe shoes, and comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty.

Children must be with an adult at all times.

Tours last approximately 90-120 minutes.

You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch or snacks for after the tour but we do ask that all food brought in be vegan with respect for the animals. Please, no feeding the animals. They are all fed a diet specific to their health needs.

When you visit our Sanctuary, please keep in mind that this is not a petting zoo. This is a sanctuary for the animals. It is their home. With love and respect for them, we ask that you please remember that this is their home and a safe space where they are treated as we would wish to be treated in our own home; with respect, care, love, and kindness.

For the comfort and safety of the animals and visitors please remember that they all have different personalities, desires, history, and needs. Not all animals enjoy being touched or even the company of humans. When visitors come into our space we do visit the animals but ask that visitors listen carefully to us, be kind and gentle with the animals, and above all, respect their space and wishes.

For each private tour, we ask for a minimum donation of $50 that goes directly to animal care.

Sponsor an Animal

A monthly sponsorship is the best way to help the animals at SoL Criations. Tender loving care, respect, clean water and sunshine are part of what our residents receive. They also need comfortable shelter, clean bedding, healthy food and medical care. When you sponsor an individual animal you contribute directly to his/her care and well-being. Your monthly sponsorship of $25.00 or more helps us to continue to provide the best care for each of our residents and allows you free admission to all of our events, free farm tours for you and your family and of course visits with the animal you sponsor.

We love our volunteers and are always looking for wonderful people to join our SoL family! There is always plenty of work to be done but the rewards are many!
