Rescue. Rehabilitate. Educate. Compassion Changes Everything
SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary’s mission is to rescue and protect farm animals from cruelty.
SoulSpace works to inspire change in the way society views farm animals and support people in their quest to live a more compassionate lifestyle.
At SoulSpace, people of all ages have the opportunity to volunteer at the farm and experience the animals firsthand. We offer educational tours with the hopes of opening peoples hearts and minds to the animals and their stories. We invite groups from schools and underserved youth to visit the farm for fresh air, exercise and hands-on service-learning.
Our Vision for SoulSpace is to become a fixture within the St. Croix County community, where people in and outside the area can use the sanctuary to connect with the animals and renew themselves.
There is a tremendous need for farm sanctuaries in the Midwest. SoulSpace was the first farm sanctuary near the Twin Cities metro area, and one of only a handful in the Midwest.
Thanks for your interest in volunteering for SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary! Any action you take will help to improve the lives of farm animals and help us to carry out our mission of protecting farm animals from cruelty, inspiring change in the way society views and treats farm animals, and promoting compassionate living.
In general, we offer regular opportunities to participate in the daily care of the animals, as well as periodic work days on the farm that would not require an ongoing commitment. All applicants should be committed to SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary’s goals and programs and all positions have a minimum age requirement of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, or otherwise noted.
We are excited to be welcoming back public tours! We will be offering tours every Friday from 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturday from 1pm to 2:30pm.
If you are interested in setting up a private tour please email kara@soulspacesanctuary.org.

There are Many Ways To Support!
We rely solely on the support from caring individuals like you to keep running a sanctuary for 50+ animals. All donations we receive go directly to provide a better life for the animals including food, shelter, healthcare, barn repair, fencing, and warmth from harsh Wisconsin winters. Thank you for your support! Compassion changes everything.
