About Us

Veganicity is not just another supplements brand; we aim to give you, our much valued customer, quality products and excellent service that are second to none whilst maintaining high ethical standards. We don’t subscribe to the idea that just because this is the Internet, that words like “value”, “quality”, “service” and “respect” have no place in what we do.

The parent company, Health + Plus Ltd, was founded (many years ago) on the principle of providing people from all walks of life, and from all health groups, the opportunity to make a positive choice to improve the health of themselves, their families and their friends. This is the principle that still guides us today, but we’ve extended it to include taking responsibility for the health of the environment around us.

Quality

All Veganicity products are manufactured under tight controls to monitor the quality of the ingredients going in at one end of the process, so that the finished product that comes out the other end is as good as it can be, as well being 100% animal friendly.

Value

All Veganicity products offer fantastic value for money. In the event that something goes wrong…

We’re only human, after all, and it is possible that we’ll make a mistake; we’ll try to keep them as rare as we can, though. But if something does go wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible (please see our Contact page) so that we can put it right for you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with being a Veganicity customer.

We’ve tried to pretty much cover everything we could think of, but perhaps there’s something you think we could do better? Maybe there’s a great product that we need to add to the range. Whatever the issue, let us know about it and we’ll see what we can do!

Ethical

100% Vegan Society Registered

Every Veganicity product proudly bears the insignia of the world-renowned Vegan Society, because every Veganicity product has been registered with the Society before being made available for purchase.

For every ingredient that we use in a product, we have to declare to the Society that:

“the manufacture and development of the ingredient contained in the product put forward for registration with the Vegan Society does not and has not involved the use of any animal product, by-product or derivative and do not or have not involved testing of any sort (this includes testing for efficacy, toxicity, cosmetic purposes, etc) on animals conducted at the initiative of my company, or on its behalf or by parties over whom I have effective control.”

This means that every time you purchase a Veganicity product, you can be sure that your money is being spent on products that are 100% ethical and 100% in-line with your lifestyle.

Looking after our environment

We recognise that our work may have a direct or indirect impact on the local, regional and global environment. We are committed to reducing any harm our activities may have on the environment and would wish to promote the understanding of sustainability in its broadest context.

Our ethical and environmental stance is to constantly internally audit our processes and procedures whilst looking for new ways in which we can reduce our impact on the environment, and where appropriate link and work with other like-minded organisations.

Our strategy will focus on:

As this strategy becomes more established we aim to encourage our staff and customers to become responsible green citizens.

As of 2021, Veganicity pots are moving from being made from recyclable PET to being made from over 99% post-consumer recycled PET that is also recyclable, and if your local council offers the facility we would encourage you to continue to recycle all your used pots.

All the packaging that we use for sending your order to you is also recyclable.
